About Lornoxicam

Lornoxicam is a class of NSAIDs that is non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that bind closely to plasma protein and is mainly used to reduces pain, decreases fever, prevents blood clots and decreases inflammation. It is fast in action due to its high absorption in gastrointestinal tract. It is advised not to consume alcohol while taking this medication as it may increase the risk gastro-intestinal bleeding, dizziness, drowsiness etc. Lornoxicam is not suitable for pregnant women and can only be taken as per the doctor's advice. It is an orally available oxicam and NSAID with analgesic, anti-pyretic and anti-thrombotic activities.
